2. Estimates and Inspections

All inspections and estimates provided by SunForce Roofing & Exteriors are free of charge and no-obligation unless otherwise specified in writing.

Estimates are based on the current condition of the property and are subject to change upon further inspection or discovery of hidden damage.

The homeowner or authorized decision-maker must be present during the inspection, unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Service Scope and Warranty

Services provided will be outlined in a written agreement before any work begins.

SunForce Roofing & Exteriors warrants materials and workmanship per the terms outlined in your signed contract. Manufacturer warranties may also apply and will be provided as applicable.

We are not liable for any pre-existing structural issues, building code violations, or environmental conditions outside the scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your proposal or agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise arranged.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, liens, or collections as permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection or service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

SunForce Roofing & Exteriors reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or material delays.

6. Use of Website and Content

All content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
